ELDERS OF EDGE CITY

In the genesis of churches, we witness the assembly of sagacious, seasoned leaders tasked with shepherding and steering each congregation. Known as "elders," this cadre assumed the mantle of ministry leadership, discerning prudent paths forward, interceding for the afflicted, mediating conflicts, and ensuring unwavering fidelity to divine guidance. This paradigm of governance finds its roots in passages such as 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9, delineating a blueprint for honorable and efficacious church leadership.

Today, at Edge City Church, the Elders continue in this tradition. Collaboratively, they forge the bedrock of values, missions, and policies for the congregation, uniting with staff and operational teams to chart courses aimed at touching lives in Long Island.
